What Shinzo does
Shinzo is an open-source observability platform for AI agents and MCP servers, used to ingest and analyse their performance data. Telemetry is OpenTelemetry-compliant, stored in Postgres, and viewed through an analytics dashboard.
Why teams reach for it: It models MCP semantics rather than generic spans, so tool executions, cross-server traces and protocol-level metrics are visible in the way an MCP server operator needs them.

How will you trace quality and operations?
Observability & evaluation tools track how well an MCP server is performing and help catch issues once it's live.
